Classes for All

In addition to the membership giving you classes on-demand, you can book a number of live classes either over Zoom, or if you're local to the area with a face-to-face class.

Choose from Pilates, Zumba, Zumba Gold and FIT IN FIFTEEN online fitness program which incorporates Boxing, Barre, HIIT and weight sessions.

What is Barre?

Barre fitness combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. With the use of a barre or chair, classic dance moves such as plies and releves are practised alongside static stretches.
