I am a Fitness and Wellness expert located in Solihull in the West Midlands.

 

My love of dance-fitness, passion for healthy living and my infectious personality, positive energy and fun workouts have allowed me to work in roles spanning from Personal Trainer at the prestigious Villa D'Este on Lake Como, N Italy, to a Physical Training Instructor for West Midlands Police, to an Exercise to music instructor at an outpatients department for people struggling with mental health problems.

 

Over the last thirteen years, I have been providing a wide range of classes at local venues around Knowle and Dorridge and currently have a varied timetable of classes that includes, Zumba, Zumba Gold and Pilates.
