Exclusive Personal Training - JANUARY 2018

Everyone has to start somewhere and this 5 week program is a great way to get you going. This program was designed a few years ago after being asked on several occasions by people to help give them a kick-start. Learn how to move, how to improve your posture and begin your journey towards gaining the body you deserve.

Personal Training
Personal Training gives you that extra push to achieve your goals through one to one or small group training. Regular contact and support, in between an effective exercise session will help keep you on the right track.

KOR Health and Fitness recognise that every client is individual and tailor a programme specific to their needs. Personal Training will help guide you through ways to achieve enhanced health and fitness, improved body shape, weight loss, muscle gain and sports performance. Programmes can also be designed for individuals who may need additional care for a number of health related issues such as pre and post natal, diabetes, arthritis, cardiovascular disease, back pain, plus many more.

Nutritional Advice will be given also as you will achieve optimum results if you are fuelling your body effectively. Eating healthily doesn't need to be a chore and if 90% of your diet is good and you are eating all of the food groups you should be each day, then you should be able to allow yourself higher calorie treats.

Most likely you will be asked to maintain a food diary in order for your trainer to get a true picture of what your diet is like over a week or two. You have to be ready and committed to making a few small changes to your diet if required as you will then achieve maximum results from your personal training sessions. 

Sessions are taken in your own home or outside and may include any of the following types of training:

 Swiss balls
 Weights bench
 Dumbells and barbells
 Resistance bands
 Medicine balls
 Slide discs
 Zumba Fitness

In your initial assessment, you will discuss what exercise you like or dislike and a programme will be developed form there to make it as enjoyable for you as possible. The aim is to make you feel comfortable, have fun, get results and enjoy your sessions!
