Payment is on a month by month basis.
Adjustments made for a 5 week month.
All sessions must be paid for in full on or before your first session once you have selected your monthly package.
You will have your own online personal profile created where you can log in to view and track your progress. Your trainer will set you weekly challenges to keep you focused.
Prior to starting a course of sessions, you will receive a complimentary basic fitness assessment to include weight, bodyfat and circumference measurements.
If you need to cancel or change a session, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice otherwise you will be charged for that session (barring extenuating circumstances). If your trainer has to change or cancel a session with you within 24 hours of the session time, you will be given a free session.
