Sarah Evans started dancing as a child and always enjoyed sport and athletics throughout her youth. This influenced her career path as she first qualified as an exercise to music instructor in 1994 and then graduated with a Sport and Business Management degree from Manchester University in 1998. She holds many more fitness related qualifications and regularly attends courses and conventions to ensure she stays up-to-date with all the latest research and methods in the industry.
Sarah has held a number of diverse work roles ranging from a National Police Health, Fitness & Personal Safety Trainer, teaching exercise to clients with mental health problems and low self esteem, to a Personal Trainer on Lake Como, North Italy. She also worked as Head Personal Trainer at David Lloyd in Solihull up until December 2002 and left due to the increased demand for personal training in peoples homes. She has experience in training people with a number of different goals from weight loss to weight gain, flexibility to sports specific, ante/post natal to back strengthening.
Over the past four years she has worked with some more high profile clients and one which has required Sarah to perform a Personal Assistant role in addition to her other skills to help the individual stay as healthy as possible in his high flying position.
Sarah has also found herself working within companies tailoring health and fitness assessments for their employees or participants on residential courses.
